Thank you for shopping with Smash Creations! Every item in our store is made to order just for you. Here is what to expect when you place an order.

Made to order
All of our apparel, mugs, and tote bags are printed on demand by our production partners. Nothing sits on a shelf — your item is created when you place your order. This keeps waste down and means every piece is made fresh, just for you.

Production time
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days after you place your order. During busy periods such as holidays and sales events, production can occasionally take a little longer. Production time cannot be expedited, but choosing a faster shipping method at checkout will speed up delivery once your order ships.

Delivery times (after your order ships)
• Standard shipping (US): 2–5 business days
• Economy shipping (US): 4–8 business days
• Priority shipping (US, where available): 2–3 business days
• International: 10–30 business days depending on destination

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. We do not inflate shipping costs — you pay our production partner's actual rates.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume seasons can occasionally add extra time. If your order has not shipped within 7 business days, contact us at joshuareichel44@yahoo.com and we will look into it right away.
